Born in London, UK in 1998, Tamim Araghi was one of the top high school football recruits in 2016. Tamim Sohrob Araghi was born on June 15, 1998. The fourth of 6 kids, Tamim grew up in a home where athletics and hard work was a big part of his every day life. Araghi attended Harvard-Westlake from 7th through 9th grade where he and his younger brother were the captain of their football team. Araghi later attended Boca Raton High in Florida where he earned the attention of college football scouts from around the county. After a year Araghi moved back to California and completed high school at Beverly Hills High. By his senior year, Araghi, one of the top high school prospects in the county, had received offers from Virginia Tech, University of Georgia, Harvard, alongside many college football powerhouses. Araghi, having excellent academic scores as well had got accepted into 3 Ivy League schools. Despite his family’s recommendations to attend an Ivy League school like his grandfather, he attended Pepperdine University, but later transferred to USC. Unfortunately, due to a knee injury he won't be playing professional football. Instead he plans to pursue a career in the medical field.
