Olen Võrust pärit 17-aastane kahevõistleja. Spordiga hakkasin tegelema juba viie aastaselt. Üheksa aastaselt tuhisesin esimest korda alla suusahüppe tornist ja just nii algas minu sporditee. Ma naudin trenni tegemist ja kõige rohkem hüppamist. Nii noorena polnud mul mõtteski tippsporti tegema hakata, kuid juba 13-aastasena võtsin oma nimele Eesti naiste suvise suusahüpperekordi (83m, Tehvandi). See süstis minusse veel rohkem soovi selle alaga edasi tegeleda. Paar aastat hiljem hakkasin osalema juba välisvõistlustel. Saavutatud tulemused olid üllatavalt head ning treener soovis, et ma kindlasti jätkaksin treenimist. Praegu õpin Otepääl spordigümnaasiumis Audentes. Silmapaistvamateks tulemusteks on 2 kolmandat kohta ja üks teine koht Youth Cupilt Tsehhis, Youth Cupilt Norras teine koht, FISi noortesarjas hooajal 2016/17 kokkuvõttes esimene neiu ning hooajal 2017/18 kokkuvõttes teine neiu. Mind on kroonitud kolm korda parimaks neiuks kahevõistluses. Lisaks oma alale on mul palju tulemusi ette näidata ka mujal. Sellel talvel võtsin ma oma nimele Eesti naiste talvise suusahüpperekordi (88m, Tehvandi). Hetkel on minu suurim soov, et naiste kahevõistlus kinnitatakse olümpiakavva ja et see ala saaks sama populaarseks kui teised spordialad.

I started bodybuilding trainings and competitions in 1993. I have won Estonian absolute title 17 times and won many international competitions. So far I have participated in 138 competitions and constantly been in top 10 in European and World Championships.

Kulturismitreeninguid alustasin 1993a. ja samal aastal ka võistlemist. Olen tulnud 17 korda Eesti absoluutseks meistriks ja lisaks võitnud palju rahvusvahelisi turniire. Kokku osalenud 138 kulturismivõistlusel.

Minu nimi on Kätlin Tõllasson ja minu suureks unistuseks on tõusta maailma absoluutsesse paremikku kettaheites. Olen 24-aastane. Olen lõpetanud Audentese Spordigümnaasiumi lennu parima sportlasena ning Tartu Ülikooli Pärnu Kolledži spordikorralduse ja projektijuhtimise erialal. Samuti olen lastele treeneriks Audentese Spordiklubis.

Olen sündinud 04.06.1993, Viljandis. Oma sportlasteed alustasin algklassides ning põhiliselt tegelesin mitmevõistlusega. Kettaheitele spetsialiseerusin 2009. aastal, kui alustasin õpinguid Audentese Spordigümnaasiumis.

Olen võitnud kuldmedaleid Eesti meistrivõistlustelt nii kettaheites kui ka kuulitõukes, noorte-, juunioride-, noorsoo- ja absoluutklassi arvestuses kokku 19. Minu nimele kuulub Eesti U20 rekord kettaheites (53.02). Kuulun Eesti koondisesse ning olen saavutanud rahvusvahelistel võistlustel häid kohti. Noorteklassi parimateks saavutusteks Euroopa meistrivõistlustelt olid 8. koht ja 9. koht.

Who am I?
My name is Antonio Li, I am 21 years old. I grew up in Victoria, BC, Canada. I started playing badminton at 13 years old in a small 3-court community hall called Cordova Bay. I've spent three summers training in China and one summer training in Indonesia. After high school, I then moved to Richmond, BC to pursue my badminton career and continue my training at Clearone Badminton Centre. During the times I'm not training, I am coaching part-time not only to help younger athletes to succeed, but to try and relieve the financial burden that follows with a self-funded sport career such as badminton.

Why badminton?
Growing up I was a handful and troublesome kid for my parents. I was first introduced to badminton by my Dad, who loved to play growing up, this was a way I could connect with him and a clever way for him to keep me out of trouble. I remember the first couple of months after picking up the racquet, I started to enjoy playing more, and begin going to the club near my house everyday after school. Not only has badminton taught me to have self discipline, and independence; It has helped me discover my passion and ambition to strive for success.

Training Regiment:
I train 6 days a week, with a 1 day rest as rest is extremely important for recovery. Since badminton alone causes uneven muscle development, my training includes many aspects. A typical week includes weight training, cardio, private lessons, team training, footwork/ agility exercises and lots of stretching.

Olen tegelenud maadlusega 12 aastat, peamiselt kreeka-roomaga. 2004. aastal alustasin Vändras treeneri käe all ja 2013. aastal asusin õppima Audentese spordigümnaasiumisse ja hetkel treener Ivar Kotkas.

Hakkasin tegelema ujumisega 2007. aastal. Aastal 2011 võistlesin oma esimesel triatlonil. Peale ujumiskarjääri lõppu, hakkasin triatloniga tõsisemalt tegelema 2017. aastal, Marko Alberti juhendamisel. Tippsportlasena tahan end realiseerida just triatlonimaailmas.

Olen nooorsportlane, kes alustas kergejõutiku teed 2008 aastal ning tänaseni on see üks minu elu igapäevasest osast. Võitnud mitmeid erinevaid meistritiitleid nii endavanuste Eesti MV kui ka Balti maavõistlustelt.

Minu nimi on Katrin Zaitseva, olen Tallinnast pärit triatleet.
Teekonna spordimaailma leidsin ma juba 7-aastaselt, kui mu vanemad mu esimest korda basseini äärde viisid ja nii see algaski... 13aastat olen ma professionaalselt tegelenud ujumisega. Esimest korda elus astusin absoluudi vanuseklassis poodiumile 12-aastaselt, mil saavutasin 2.koha 200m selili ujumises ja nii see ka jätkus.. Kokku olen ma tänasekspäevaks jõudnud Eesti meistrivõistlustel ujumises poodiumile 153 korral.
Ujumise kõrval meeldis mulle alati jooksmas käia ja olin ka unistanud proovida triatloni.. Nii avaneski 2015.aastal minu jaoks triatlonimaailm ning oma esimesel suvel, kui proovisin triatlonit suutsin ka võita oma esimese eestimeistri tiitli juunioride vanuseklassis!
Nüüdseks olengi täiskohaga triatleet, kes tegutseb kogu südame ja pühendumusega selle spordialaga, saavutamaks kõrgeid tulemusi!

Olen Võrust pärit pikamaajooksja, endine võrkpallur. Pikamaajooksuga hakkasin tegelema 2014. aasta suvel. Ma naudin treeningute ja töö tegemist. Mis ei tapa, teeb tugevaks! Ma elan tervislikku eluviisi, pööran väga suurt tähelepanu sellele, mida ma kütuseks kasutan. Kui mingit toit on vaja valmistada, siis võid kindel olla, et saan sellega hakkama. Minu iidolid on Mo Farah, Scott Jurek, David Rudisha ja Isaiah Thomas. Minu moto: Söö tervislikult, maga kaua ja treeni täiega! I came to athletics in year 2006 in my hometown Pärnu. Seriously started training in 2007. At first I was 60/110mH runner. After finishing high school I moved to Tartu and started training in Team Viru group. Years went by and after army service (11months) in 2013 we began training only for 400mH.
We train mainly 6 times per week.

In Tartu i got my bachelor´s degree in sport siences and at the moment master´s degree is in process.

Life has taught me that nothing comes easy. Same applies in sports. When You want to achieve something in life or sports You have to be willing to put an Effort in it. Sometimes even more than you expect.

I attend Valleyview Secondary in Kamloops, British Columbia and I will be graduating in 2019. My current GPA is 3.5, my handicap is 4.0 and my competitive stroke average is 81.2. Not only am i a straight A student, but i am also a national silver medalist in wrestling. Over the last 2 years i have decided to focus on Golf. I have improved my competitive scoring average by 4 strokes since spring 2018.
I believe my wrestling background has given me the perseverance and work ethic to strive to be the best in my golf career.
My most recent wins were the Rivershore Senior Ladies Championship and the Rivershore Junior Championship. I competed in the PNGA at Timberstone Golf Course in Idaho and made the top 16. I was one of only 2 Canadian girls to make it to the championship flight, i also finished first in the High School Championships.
My competitiveness in sports transfers to all other areas of my life where I strive to be successful. I have learned to push myself beyond limits, look for the little things that make me better and most of all appreciate the meaning of the words perseverance, passion and persistence. As an active student and accomplished athlete, I found a balance between my personal life and athletic responsibilities. Throughout these experiences and challenges in everyday life, I have found myself and what I value.

Kergejõustikutreeningutega alustasin aastal 2006. Esimeseks treeneriks oli Ando Palginõmm. Pärast gümnaasiumit liikusin edasi Tallinnasse ning alates 2011 aasta sügisest toimetan Valter Espe pilgu all. Erialalt olen massöör. Peamine eesmärk on nautida protsessi ning mitte asjast lõbu välja imeda. Senine "karjäär" on olnud tõusude ja mõõnadega nagu elus ikka, kuid hetkel on spordi tegemine koos heade inimestega kindlasti üks rahuldust pakkuvamaid tegevusi.

I have been doing all kinds of sports all my life. It all started with basketball trainings in TTÜ where I played basketball for 5 years. After I got myself a motorcycle, my heart started to beat for motocross. I rode motocross for 10years until I had an injury which lead to a decision to focus energy to something else. Luckily my friend invited me to play disc golf and after that i was sold.
I have been playing disc golf for 1,5 years. Thanks to friendly disc golf community and Joosep Stomma I have come a long way but there is still a long way to go to reach the top.

Kogu oma teadliku elu olen ma tegelenud erinevate spordialadega. Mulle meeldib ennast proovile panna ja olen oma eesmärkide saavutamiseks valmis kõvasti tööd tegema.
Minu sportlase karjäär sai alguse, kui sõber kutsus mind TTÜ korvpalli trenni, kus ma mängisin kokku 5 aastat. Pärast seda, kui ma sain oma esimese mootorratta, võitis motokross mu südame. Sõitsin motokrossi 10 aastat, mängides paralleelselt ka korvpalli. Pärast ühte õnnetut motokrossi hooaega, kui sain tõsiselt viga, otsustasime motokrossiga lõpetada ja suunata oma energia mujale.
Tänu sõbrale sattusin ma mängima discgolfi. Kuigi alguses ei olnud see mäng mulle meeltmööda, haaras discgolf mind peagi täielikult ja nüüdseks olen sellega intensiivselt tegelenud juba poolteist aastat. Kõik minu vabad tööpäeva õhtud ja vahel ka hommikud 😊, nädalavahetustest rääkimata, võib mind leida harjutamas. Olen selle ajaga saavutanud palju ja seda suuresti tänu sõbralikule discgolfi kogukonnale ja Joosep Stommale. Selleks, et saavutada enamat, on mul vaja teie abi!
Minu 2018 aasta eesmärk discgolfis on arendada enda mängu nõrgemaid külgi, tõsta enda PDGA rateing sellisele tasemele, kus on võimalus suurematele võistlustele osalema saada, parandada enda 2017. aasta EMV tulemust ja mis peamine, tunda mängust rõõmu.

Ma hakkasin ujumas käima 3. Klassis ning 5. Klassis tutvusin kergejõustikuga. 7. Klassis lõpetasin ujumise ja keskendusin kergejõustikule.

Growing up as a very active girl, I always wanted to do something - play games, run outside in the garden, jump over the bushes or whatever came into my mind at that moment. During the time I studied at school, our athletics team always attended local countys championships and I was always a team member. After some successful competitions I decided that I want to do athletics, so I spent my teenage years in athletics.
As I got older I witnessed a weightlifting competition where one little girl was lifting. After that I thought why not? If she can lift, so can I. I started weightlifting at the age of 18 and my first coach was Viktor Korobov but soon after going to weightlifting I had an opportunity to go to Ecuador as an exchange student. I had a lot of luck because I found a gym where I could train along with their best junior lifters. That gave me a lot of extra motivation, so after I came back I knew exactly that this is what I want to do. Because of my studies at the university I had to move to Tartu where I started working together with Igor Baškirov.
On the way to present day, there have been ups and downs but with strong dedication I will reach for my dreams.
So far my best results are 90kg in snatch and 110kg in clean&jerk.

I started sports, 2015-2016.

At Kenwal Day Camp, offers many types of facilities of enjoyment in Camping action like a water park, sports, artistry & designs, dancing, fishing, cinema, etc. All activities are trained by expert instructors while counselors are being attempt to involved and managing.

The first time I touched a kite was in the winter of 2007 snow kiting in Montana. Learning on a foil kite I progressed from the snow covered frozen lakes to riding the untouched hidden powder in the beautiful mountains of Montana. The slow progression on snow left me craving for more time flying.
Following a friend down to the Dominican republic in the winter of 2011 I was in search to explore another element to the sport. While being skunked the entire month I spent there I decided to try again the following winter in Baja Mexico. That first winter in Mexico I was able to focus 100 percent of my energy and time to really learn the foundamentals and also became an IKO certified instructor. Each winter after I returned to Los Bariles to progress and teach kiting to people from around the world.

My name is Jamelle Anthony Davis and born London England. I played a year professional basketball when I was 17 and shortly after got offered a scholarship to play basketball in Canada. I am a warm hearted, loveable, hard working Athletic Sharp-Shooting Guard that gets better every single day and can most definitely play at the next level. I was awarded an Academic scholarship to study at a top 10 University in England due to my excellent college and high school grades (Graduated high school at 16 and college at 18). I have been told by popular names such as Dave Hopla (NBA Shooting Coach), Jamaal Jackson (Bluefield state Head Coach), Steve Bucknall (1st British player to play in the NBA), Robert Youngblood (American Born European basketball Legend), Antonio (Oklahoma City Thunder Reserve) and many more that I have what it takes to play in the NBA. I haven't been in any good positions in order to develop and reach my goal so I am currently searching and will love to play in a good school with great coaching staff and great academics.

Born in Fremont, CA in 1998, Tamim Araghi was one of the nations top high school football recruits in 2016. Tamim Sohrob Araghi was born on June 15, 1998, in Fremont, CA. The fourth of 6 kids, Tamim grew up in a home where athletics and hard work was a big part of his every day life. Araghi attended Harvard-Westlake from 7th through 9th grade where he and his younger brother were the captain of their football team. Araghi later attended Boca Raton High in Florida where he earned the attention of college football scouts from around the county. After a year Araghi moved back to California and completed high school at Beverly Hills High. By his senior year, Araghi, one of the top high school prospects in the county, had received scholarship offers from Virginia Tech, University of Georgia, Pepperdine University, Harvard, among many other college football powerhouses. Araghi, having a perfect GPA has received scholarship offers from many Ivy League schools.

Alustasin spordiga ehk siis jõusaaliga 2014 novembris. Nii et tänaseks saab aasta. Võistelnud olen juba Fitness 5il ja nüüdseks eesmärk kevadine Bikiini Fitness.

My mom and I started kayaking together when I was eleven years old, and I've been in love with the sport since day one. Kayaking has helped me to gain self confidence, create lasting friend- ships, and opened my eyes to the opportunities around me. I worked my way up for the past four years, kayaking as much as I could, becoming more and more passionate about it, and much more confident in myself and my ability. My sport is one of the most important things in my life. It helps me build strong relationships with people, something that only some really get the chance to do. It gives me strength and helped me to become resilient. ~Gemma

My client has never practised shot-put therefore it is easy to say that she does not really have any experience in the given event. She has never trained for this sport, however she has had classes where she practises different sports and exercises. In previous lessons of physical education, my client has practised volleyball, which improved her strength in her arms (Deltoid, Extensors, Biceps, Triceps, Flexors) which she will also need to have a good perfomance in shot put. My client also does badminton as an extra-curricular sport after school on Wednesdays. Badminton also improves body balance which is another element she will need to achieve a good performance in shot put.

I believe three health related skills that is required for the chosen event is flexibility, muscular strength and body composition. as for sports related, the skills needs are balance, power and agility.

My client is motivated by improving her performance in badminton by practising more in shot put. She believes that if she keeps practising shot put it will help her to achieve the goals she needs to have to be able to play better in badminton. The two of the most important requirements that shot put can help her to play better in badminton is having muscular strength and power.

I start in 2017

My client started practicing this sport when she was 10 years-old at school. She doesn't exactly train this sport very often; however, she trains a variety of muscles (this signifies that the muscles directly involved in this sport are precisely targetted) during physical education classes.This lack of precision does not build muscles that need development. On that account, she too does badminton as an extracurricular class, and similar to the training she receives in her physical education classes, she doesn't train the muscles that area of extreme importance, in fact, the upper body (e.g. deltoid, biceps, triceps, etc.) also needs to be robust in order to execute sprints with finesse; but, such muscles are not worthy of the same amount attention as the muscles in the legs (e.g quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves). Being a driven individual, my client is motivated by the fact that she wants to be able to improve her reaction time and speed for the extra-curricular sport she practices- badminton; she also interested in increasing her ability to build speed whilst sprinting in soccer games (since she enjoys playing this sport and hopes to do extra-curricular classes in the future); despite currently being positioned in low-level technique 'banner'.

I've started athletics 5 years ago. since then I train 5 times a week. I perform much better at some categories than others such as long jump, sprinting, javelin throw and shot put.

I start when i was 5 years old. I traning in Dignaja (Jekabpils). I play for Dignaja youth and early scored 43 goals, just played now 43 matchs vs 23 and more years old players. First i can't score a goal, but when i start grow up, in one single game i scored 6 goals.

I started playing sports at a young age. I train almost everyday.

Marie Turmann on eesti jääkeeglimängija. Ta alustas sporditeed juba lapseeas, mängides nii tennist, käies tantsutrennis ning kergejõustikus. 2009 aastal proovis esimest korda curlingut, millega ka siiani heal tasemel tegeleb. Ta esindas Eestit noorte taliolümpiamängudel Innsbruckis 13.–22. jaanuaril 2012 ja 2014. aastal jääkeegli Euroopa meistrivõistlustel Šveitsis. Samuti oli ta ka Eesti naiskonna kapten juunioride curlingu maailmameistrivõistlustel 2015 aastal. 2016 aastal saavutas Maailma segapaaris curlingu meistrivõistlustel 6nda koha ning tõi eestile 7 olümpia kvalifikatsioonipunkti. Samuti on ta ka 2016 Eesti meister naiste võistkondade arvestuses.

„Minu üks suurimaid motosid, mida ma proovin täita on: treeni nii kaua, et sinu iidolid muutuksid su vastasteks,“ kirjeldab Marie oma motivatsiooniallikaid.

2016. aastal sai Marie ERGO Kindlustuse stipendiumi.

2015. ja 2017. aastal kuulub Marie EOK "Märka järgnevat põlvkonda" järelkasvutiimi.

I started CrossFit when I left the army in 2012. During my time in the military I served with in the 75th Ranger Regiment, completing 4 tours to Iraq and Afghanistan. I am currently a student studying pre medical sciences, and will be applying to medical school this summer. I have a wife and daughter who support me in both my CrossFit and academic goals.

I am currently a 15 year old young man who began my journey when I was 10 years old. In 6th grade I really used to hate soccer but as I saw my family members play and watch it on TV I became fascinated by it. In my 7th grade year I tried out for my middle school soccer team and I instantly feel in love with the sport. Although we didn't win a single game in 7th grade, I didn't give up my chances there. In 8th grade I tried out for the team again, and with the support of my coach and teammates we became an undefeated district champions. Going into my 9th grade starting high school things began to change. My high school doesn't have sports, although I didn't let that from bringing me down. My passion for the game became so big that I began searching desperately for a city league. Later on I found a big league on my side of town, but after the first week I had left the team because they took the game as a "joke" never serious. I began searching again until I came across a great organization AYSO in which I currently play in today. In this team I learned more about what teamwork means and what a true leader is. Now I have just competed in my first National Games of AYSO in Florida 2016. What I dream to do is to keep working my way through AYSO, and get to play in my college soccer team. My biggest dream is to one day with the help of AYSO and college I could go on to playing for an MLS team and soon become an Olympian witha gold medal.

I started out playing in the slums of India, then I was scouted and brought to New Zealand and played for Waikato before moving to Wedges.
My strengths on the pitch are complaining to the referees, and scoring the occasional goal.

Magnus is Estonian javelin thrower with PB 86.65m. This result got him second palce in Estonian all time rankings. In 2015 World Championships he got 22nd place.
Magnus has practised high jump in his youth and has PB 2.10m.

In 2015 Magnus got scholarship from Tradehouse.

Soccer: I started playing soccer at the age of 4 years old, I play the left & right side wing position along with the forward position. Playing the Wing position I have been able to use both my speed and ball control to open up lanes for my forwards for through balls and also set up offensive attacks. As a forward I use my speed to beat the defense on one-on-one situations which found success in my middle school career allowing me to score 18 out of the 20 goals my team scored in that season. For my club league I was able to help and assist my team in making it to the Championship game in the U15 Elite league

2013-2016: GFA National Soccer Academy and Also GFA U14 Elite Team

Basketball: I have also played Basketball since I was 4yrs old.
My strengths are my Speed and Defensive Abilities. Averaging 12 PPG and 8 SPG knowing and reading the offensive attack has allowed me to be very keen when the opposing team is dribbling down the court and reading my opponent allowing me to break up and steal the ball causing a steal to a fast break and score situation.

Olen 17-aastane Eesti ujuja, kes kuulub Eesti juunioride koondisesse. Ujumistreeningutega alustasin 9-aastaselt Garanti Spordiklubis. Olen mitmekordne Eesti juunioride meister 50-,100- ja 200 m liblikaujumises. Samuti olen saavutanud mitmeid esikolmiku kohti absoluutklassis.
Põhjamaade juunioride meistrivõistlustel olen 2x meister 100 m liblikaujumises ning lisaks olen saavutanud poodiumikohti ka teistel aladel. 50 m liblikaujumises õnnestus mul ujuda enda esimene täiskasvanute Eesti rekord. Seda siis 50 m liblika ujumises, kus ületasin 12 aastat Indrek Sei nimele kuuluva rekordi ujudes uueks rekordajaks 23.72.
Euroopa juunioride meistrivõistlustel, eelmisel suvel, saavutasin 50 m liblikaujumises 5.koha. Tänavu võistlen seal taas ning eesmärgiks on saada poodiumile. Samuti osalesin ka Noorte olümpiamängudel Nanjingis. Seal pääsesin 50 m liblikaujumises finaali, kus ma lõpuks saavutasin 45. ujuja hulgas kõrge 7. koha. Kõigil nendel võistlustel nihutasin ka Eesti noorte- ja juunioride rekordeid.
Enda karjääri jooksul olen ujunud 25+ Eesti noorte- ja juunioride rekordit.
Nende saavutustega minu ambitsioonid ei piirdu ning teen veelgi rohkem tööd, et purustada uusi rekordeid ka tulevikuks!

I Started my badminton training at the age of 8yrs. Am an excellent singles & doubles player and has played U-10, U13 categories and currently playing in U15 category. I have been ranked No.1 in U-13 doubles & No.3 in singles category in karnataka state. I have been trained under the excellent guidance of Mr. Harish Kumar B R of Hollyhock Badminton Academy and curently being personally trained under the able guidance of Sri. Ashok Raman, International Player and National Badminton Singles Champion(veterans). Have participated and won many state level ranking tournaments, interschool badminton tournaments and am part of club level badminton leagues.

My Other Interests apart from badminton: Black Belt Dan II in karate, Keyboard player who practices classical music, a good roller skater and swimmer. Above all was awarded the best child in my school for excellent performance in academics and extracurricular activities.

I started swimming when I was just 5 and from my first practice I fell in love with it. Currently I train at least 9 swimming sessions and at least 4 strenght sessions a week. My best event is the 400m Freestyle.
