Bio
I started training when I was 12 years old. My first coach was Margus Pärsik. My second coach was Igor Baškirov.
After finishing basic school I moved to Tallinn and started training with Jaan Talts senior. Since 2012 I am training together with Andrus Utsar.
In 2014 I had a knee injury and I was away from lifting almost 7 months. In february 2015 I started again with my trainings and I hope to get back on track very soon. I think that I am able to progress and someday compete with world class weightlifters.
My best results are 150kg in snatch and 178kg in clean and jerk.
My deepest thanks goes to Magus Pärsiks who is responsible for the passion I have for weightlifting nowadays. Also i need to thank Andrus Utsar who has been working hard with my technique and motivation..
