Bio

I started playing sports (baseball) when I was 5 years old and played baseball through the age of 10. At the age of 10 I didn't feel that baseball was the sport for me any longer so I decided to pursue other interest including soccer, karate, and swimming. Swimming is where my search stopped, I felt that I finally found where my heart belonged and it was in the pool. I swam for the City of Orlando for a few years and earned many 1st place ribbons in the swim meets. My love for swimming continued in my Freshman year of High School where I joined the Colonial High School swim team also earning points for my team and learned new techniques that helped to shave seconds off of my previously best times.

Once the swim season was over I was excited to learn there was also a Water Polo Team for my high school. Something new to me but it involved the pool, where my heart was already committed. After the very 1st season I realized that I had found a new love and respect for Water Polo. I've continued to play since my freshman year and joined the USA Water Polo club my junior year to advance my current skill set. I've learned so much and remain eager to put my new skills to the test in next season of Water Polo, now in my junior year.

I believe that my strengths include the willingness to learn, listen, and be committed to my coach and team mates. There is always room to improve and I remain eager to learn how to become the best I can be.
