I have had a euphoric passion for the sport at a fairly young age. Grade 4 was when I knew I wanted to embody my dream to the next level and be a professional at it. When I watched these men play I quickly learned the demanding physicality, agility, and chess like structure that not only takes out-cunning the opponent but leads with a strategy that you can apply to the other components in life.
In the winter I train at a bare minimum of 2 times a day for a total of 4 hours 4 times a week. My routine vary from calisthenics, polymetric, tire flips, cardiovascular influenced workouts and other high intensity regimines. During the spring, summer, and fall I will work out 4 days a week intensifying my workouts on a weekly basis. I will train at my gym, pool, then beach as seen in my videos on YouTube.
