Aaron Charleston, born in Denver Colorado to Kevin and Pamela Charleston. I began my football career at the tender age of 7 and knew from that moment that I wanted to pursue a career in football. I started weight training in middle, in which my best friend who was slightly older than me pushed me beyond my limits to become the best I can be because he seen in me at the time, what I didn't see in myself, a great player. I played high school ball at Overland high school in Aurora, Co, where my senior year I made all state defensive playing defensive tackle.
My college career began at fort Hays state University where I redshirted and later transferred to Washburn University where I would spend 2 years there. I sat out the 2015 season for transferring in conference but came back and played the 2016 season, where I appeared in 8 games.
In 2018, I joined the spring League Showcase in Miami, Florida where I was able to showcase my skills and get more recent film to continue my career and have since signed with the Tucson sugar skulls of the indoor football league (IFL). I have been very fortunate to be able to play college football, be apart of the spring league, and sign with the IFL. I want to continue to grow as a player and I feel like with the right opportunity and right team, I can continue to be that dominant player that a team is searching for on the defensive line. I'm thankful and humbled for the opportunities that are coming my way and i feel like picking me up as a player will not be a mistake because I work hard, im a team player and leader, unselfish, and do whatever i have to do to help the team win and progress as an organization.
