When Did I Start The Sport?
I have done sport for most of my life. I started athletics in 2013, in which I made the state team. I have started training since then and have now been doing it for the most of four years.

How Often Do I Train?
I train most days of the week whether it is exercises in the gym or throwing at the track. I train at the track throwing Monday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday in which I do throwing. I train at the local oval on Tuesday and Thursday and do my conditioning and strength training, which I also do on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I train in the gym 7 days a week.
