I’m a 34-year old lifelong athlete living and working in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
As an American expat, I have been living and racing in the country for 5+ years, and - thanks to my God-given ability, commitment and resolve toward athleticism - have become recognized within local running, duathlon and triathlon communities.
My primary role is with the Athletic Department at Grace International School, a school uniquely designed to serve and enable 350+ missionary families serving throughout Southeast Asia.
In addition to teaching Advanced Strength and Conditioning classes, I coordinate all sports teams for elementary and middle school students, coach a host of student athletes (varying in age from 5 to 19) in a variety of sports - cross country included with a team boasting 50 athletes - and assist with off-season training for other junior varsity and varsity sports teams.
By training I hold a bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a master’s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics. I am also a personal trainer and group exercise instructor.
Additionally, because of my passion and pursuit of holistically healthy living, I have come to know many friends in the thriving vegan, vegetarian and otherwise health-conscious community here in Chiang Mai (although I personally do not affiliate with any one group or diet).
Community, expertise, passion and professional role combined, I have found myself a friendly, sought resource and voice in the arenas of sport - individual and team, fitness, nutrition and natural health. I am well known amongst athletes/runners and others throughout America (especially TX, MT, and AZ) and Asia (especially Thailand).
With over 4,000 friends on FB from around the world, I have a large following of people who know me, read my posts, and seek out my advice.
Thanks for taking the time to view my racing accomplishments across ultra-marathon, marathon, half marathon, 10K, 5K, triathlon, duathlon, and tower running events.
I welcome the chance to explore potential sponsorships and look forward to connecting with you!
